NorthStar Wisconsin Lab was originally founded in 1942 as Outagamie Central DHIA and was an affiliate of Wisconsin DHI Cooperative. In 1993 they merged with Winnebago County DHI to form Fox Valley DHI Cooperative (Fox Valley). In 1996 they affiliated themselves with National DHI and transferred many of their records for processing to DRMS. In January 2000 Fox Valley producers voted overwhelmingly to join NorthStar Cooperative.
