Electronic Report Options
Email Text: Results are emailed as soon as the analysis is complete. There is no charge to the producer or consultant to single or multiple addresses. – Hot Sheet
Email Attachment: Formatted data are emailed in an attachment for direct import into the consultant's or producer's spreadsheet. No charge. – Hot Sheet
Farm Software Downloads: The DRMS processing system can download into farm management software, such as PCDART, DC305, Dairy Plan, and others.
CTAP Software: The Current Test-Day Analysis Program (CTAP) adds more powerful sorting, graphing, and analysis capabilities to DART.
Printed Reports
There are over 50 standard reports to choose from; and we can customize other reports to meet your specific management needs. This powerful and convenient option allows producers and consultants to receive custom-designed reports, which can be printed and mailed with the routine monthly test reports. In addition, it is now possible to have large print on custom management reports.

Additional reports are available to address specific dairy management needs. If the standard format of a report is not suitable, a custom report can be designed.
The following charge will be added to your regular charges for each test period:
$2.00 for herds of 1 to 100 cows
$4.00 for herds of 101 to 500 cows
$6.00 for herds of 501+ cows

Web Reports
How to sign up for Web Reports?
- Go to www.drms.org and click on the Producer Services link at the top.
- Click on Sign in DairyMetrics or WebReports link.
- First-time users need to set a personal password by clicking on the Get Personal Password link and filling out the form (all the fields on the form are required to be filled in before a password is set. After setting a password, you'll be sent an email containing your account information).
- Click on the Sign Up Today link next to WebReports.
- After a few seconds (depending on your internet connection speed), a page will load that contains the different reports available for your herd. You must be signed up for the report on test day in order for that particular report to show up in Web Reports.
Click on the report you want, and view it, print it or save it to attach to an email. You now have an electronic version of your report as well as a hard copy when you print it.

When you sign up for Web Reports, DRMS will send you an automated email notification when your herd processes, so you'll know your reports are waiting for you! An option to automatically notify another email address (your herd manager, veterinarian, consultant, etc.) is also available. The most recent two years of the Herd Summary (202), and the most recent three months of all other reports you receive are accessible.
The cost of web reports varies based on number of cows and the charge will be added to your regular charges for each test period. There is no additional charge for a primary email notification. There is a $3.00 charge for a second email notification (veterinarian, consultant, etc.).
