 The first full-featured dairy management program for hand-held computer systems allows producers to have records cow-side. PocketDairy allows herd owners and employees to view records, enter calving, breeding, dry, health and reproduction information. This system allows on-the-spot access to important information.

addition to ease of use and convenience, another exciting feature of PocketDairy
is the ability to support multiple Palms on a farm. Mark Adam, NorthStar's
DHIA manager notes, "While most producers in our area are starting
with one PocketDairy, already several dairies are expanding usage to multiple
units, that way several employees can view and enter information as necessary.
